A. All returns must be in its original double cartons and with all the stuffing material properly packaged. Credit will not be issued to merchandise returned with damages due to insufficient packaging.
B. All claims for return must have proof of purchase.
C. Damage returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. If parts can be sent to replace the damage cart, we will send them for free. If parts are not available, we will send a replacement cart free of charge.
D. Defective returns must be claimed within 90 days of purchase. A new cart will not be sent if parts can be sent to correct the problem. This warranty does not apply where the product has been abused, misused, or improperly maintained. Any modification of this product, such as staining, painting, drilling, sanding, or disassembly will void this warranty automatically.
E. If you change your mind and would like to return the package, a non-refundable handling charge of $40 will be charged to your credit card. If the return carton is not properly packaged which cause damage in transit, your credit card will be charged for the full order amount plus $40.
F. All returns are subject to inspection to determine if it deems defective.
